HUMMER 100KW wind turbine can be applied in both on-grid and off-grid systems. It outputs three-phase AC and it can drive loads below 100kW.
1. SCF Supercritical Generator
Hummer wind generators adopt SCF supercritical technology which won the gold award in the 37th Salon Eureka in Brussels. This technology greatly decreases the weight and size of generator by 20% to 30%. Meanwhile, the efficiency of generator is beyond 0.92 and the wind energy utilizing ratio also increases from 0.22-0.28 to 0.42, which ensures the perfect operation of wind turbine under the condition of gentle breeze.
2. NSK Bearings
With the design of double NSK bearings, stabilization for the size of inner and outer rings of bearings, generator performance is improved and is able to operate at the high temperature from 150℃to 350℃ and at the low temperature from -20℃ to -50℃. In addition, the optimum internal geometric structure and surface roughness enable it to promote rated load capacity, lower noise and increase service life.
3. PLC Integrated with Siemens Module
Hummer wind turbine control system adopts the smart touch-screen PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which is integrated with Siemens control unit. PLC will alarm and adjust the abnormal running status of wind turbine automatically, timely and efficiently. Siemens module is highly reliable to our PLC which can be testified by our worldwide customers.
4. Low Noise
Hummer wind turbine rotor blade adopts the airfoil design, which is compliance with the aerodynamic standards. It enables to provide a more attractive appearance and higher efficiency. Furthermore, it reduces the noise production as much as possible.
5. Multiple Braking Protection
With multiple braking protection methods including electric pitch control, yawing, electromagnetism brake and hydraulic brake, the speed of blades are limited within a safe range of rotation, thus to protect generator effectively. In addition, the equipment of auto and manual shutdown methods ensures the safe operation of overall system.
