5kw hummer wind generator(H6.4-5000W) is one of the most advanced generators in the world ,Made of refined permanent magnetic material ,special copper alloy ,aviation aluminum alloy and stainless steel ,it is highly efficient in power .Due to the small size ,it is able to be placed inside the nose cone .
This unique and patented design means less air resistance and better heat spread.That is to say lower start-up wind speed (2.5m/s) and better working condition for the generator .Lower start up wind speed is particularly imporatant for small wind turbines .It means more energy grasped from the wind .
Though larger in size and weight ,compared with smaller Hummer turbines ,5000W wind generator's efficiency is still kept over 0.8 .
And to ensure longer lifespan and better performance ,5000w wind generator adpots S.K.F bearings .All nuts and blots are made of stainless steel .
Furthermore ,inside the generator we placed a temperature detector .If the temperature rises over alert level , it will stop working automatically .
